Please allow yourself time to find the clinic at the first appointment and check the website map to find out where we are.

Parking

On site parking is available.

Appointment Length

Your first appointment will be up to 60 minutes. Follow ups are usually up to 30 minutes.

New Patient Consent Form

Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to fill in a consent form.  Alternatively, you can download the form here to complete it beforehand and bring it with you. 

Please bring a list of your medications and any letters or medical reports that may assist your treatment. 

If you require any assistance in filling in the form, we will help you on the day.

What to wear 

If you have a biomechanical/musculoskeletal appointment, please bring the footwear you wear most of the time and for sport.  Also bring shorts or loose trousers so you can move freely.

Payments 

Card, cheque and cash payments are all acceptable. Payment is required at the time of treatment.

Insurance 

Many insurers will cover podiatry - please check first with your provider. You will need to pay for your treatment at the time of consultation. If required, we will provide you with a receipt to allow you to claim back your treatment costs.

Cancellations, Late or Missed Appointments 

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please note that if you are late we may not be able to fit you in - a new appointment may be required. Missed appointments may incur the full charge. 

Privacy Notice

In order to offer treatment, we will need to collect and process personal data. It is a legal requirement that this data is stored for a number of years (which can vary according to the patient’s age and circumstances but will be for a minimum of 8 years). You can access the personal data that we store or ask for further information by written request.

We may ask for your permission to use your data to send to another healthcare practitioner. This will only be done with your prior consent.
